Amer-Trans relied on a cumbersome paper-folder process for managing claims and documentation. When I proposed going paperless, I was told it would be impossible. I digitized the process in one month.

I digitized the process in one month, including backend claims documentation and automated routing.
The Approach
Mapped the existing paper workflow end to end, identified the documentation and routing steps that could be automated, and delivered a digital replacement — including backend claims documentation and automated routing — within a single month.
The Result
A paper-based operation became a digital workflow in one month.
